Sounds like you have done your research! I agree with you about the refresh, it sounds like the 2015 will be more of a redesign. I have not gotten details about what the changes will be, but it appears that the body style will be changed. We will see!

I have the 2007 version I prefer it's center console to this newer one. Mine has two cup holders on the front of it, then the tray which extends, then two back cup holders like this newer one is showing. I think if I sat stuff on this newer tray it would slide off while driving. Mine has raised edges so you can put some food if you need to or anything.

How do the 2nd row seats operate in this 2014 model? You show how the 3rd row folds flat, but what about the 2nd row? Do you have to take them out to maximize cargo capacity? Do they stand upright as in the 2015 model?

They don't. Ether flip up to tumle , recline back or remove completely . That's all they do.

They did! Kia did not make the Sedona in 2013 to give them time to redesign it and come back with something new and improved! This van is the new 2014 redesigned model.

This is the old Sedona. The new for 2015 Sedona is completely new from the ground up.

This vehicle is worth the money all the KIA car dealerships were asking at the time My bought a 2014 model in October of 2013 and the features they do not provide is not worth the money. The leather did not last long. So, after Christmas my mother has to get the seats redone, also it does not come with a built in dvd player or a CD changer, it only provides one CD player. The speakers are wonderful , enjoy the sunroof, and love the satellite radio, but still without that built in DVD player, the mini van was just not worth the money. Thank God, my Mom's KIA Sedona will be paid for in 2020 and that is not to far off. Miss, if you are going talk about this mini van, you need to talk about the negative sides to this van. This is not a Great van. It somewhere in the middle between fair and good, but it is not the best mini - van in America. I think the Chrysler Town & Country or the Chrysler Pacifica. KIA Sedonas were designed for the middle class not the wealthy, KIA Sedona prices are a rip off.

The Land Cruiser is not really a comparable vehicle. You will find that the price is much different, as well as the body and interior. Very different animals(or vehicles, ;-))
