13:58 I've owned mine for close tot two years and put over 95k on it and still say the same thing every time I drive it. You literally cannot feel the damn transmission shift. They nailed that part for sure.

What drew us all to your reviews was the casual and informative style. It allowed us to see the car more of how someone sitting there saw it. Now these are just over produced "car reviews" that are spread all over youtube from magazines. It is sad as the old reviews are much much better. I get you are trying to create a career/profession but you are going to be lost in the sea here...

People are stupid why do you care what the logo looks like, so you wouldn't buy it because of the logo? Look at the design and quality of it. KIA is doing a great job with that. At least KIA updated there logo unlike most american cars like ford.

I know that this is really off topic, but i do not understand those yellow lines in the road! i live in TX so i know how American roads "work" but these are weird. At 11:30, an LR4 is driving in the lane to the left of him, then at 12:10 people are driving the other way in it. wtf??

Gear Wave yeah that’s true. I wish Nissan was still good and “unmerge” with Renault and go back to what they were in the 90s. Now their sales, quality and reliability not as good anymore sadly. KIA keeps improving every year and now they are one of the most reliable brands with Toyota and Honda.

Still wouldn't buy a Kia, never will, but they are doing a much better job. Improving every year. The one thing they are lacking on, however, is the engine and transmission.

Torrey B Sounds like someone who hasn't actually driven one, 290HP and 23 average MPG isn't horrible by any means. It's a different story when the engine is slow and gets bad MPG. The 6 Speeds are far from cumbersome and slow. I didn't know Direct Injection, Variable Valve Timing, and a variable intake manifold was 'old fashioned'. Nice try though ;)

jorge romani that's true i have a 2013 genesis coupe 2.0T and even with the tighter tuned suspension, it lacks road feel, my old mazda3 felt a bit more refine. but other than that Korean cars are very respectable.

All these Hyundai Kia vehicles get worse MPG's in real world driving despite all the engineering tricks and multi-speed transmissions. Honda/ Toyota still rule in this dept.

Even better would be VW TDIs. People sometimes beat the EPA fuel rating. Kia and Hyundai are badly inflating their numbers and they were actually sued because of it.

mouthies3 How'd you know i dirve a bentley? anyways,not neccesarily. i don't feel that my Ford Super Duty feels cheap even though theres a lot of plastic on the inside, it still feels good. the kia's felt like they had a real rough and low grade fabric for the seat. the plastics felt very low grade and could easily fall apart

This is PERFECT. My brother just bought a 2013 Taurus with the MFT and a few hours after updating it, all the door speakers stopped working. He hadn't even owned the car for two days before this happened. He's been driving around with only the centre dash speaker working for close to a week now while the dealer waits for parts.

mouthies3 Hahahaha. NO. The Jeep Grand Cherokee and VW Touareg are best in class since this is a mid-size SUV. It handles awful, the suspension is rolly on turn in, steering is numb and dead on center, despite its update there is nothing new on the 2014 model, and it's way overpriced. The only goodpoint of it is that you don't have to buy a minivan for the utility it offers, but that's it.

Brandon Friesen Touareg is not in the same class, it is consdered a luxury/Premium SUV (USNEWS). GC is larger than the sorento, the sorento competes with cars the size of the ford edge. Funny thing is USNEWS which ranks cars/SUVs based on numerous reviewers ratings places the Sante Fe ABOVE the GC (2nd vs 3rd).
