We had the chance to drive the all new 2014 Mercedes-Benz S 63 AMG 4MATIC Coupe (C217)for two days in the surroundings of Pisa and Florence in Italy. Here is our In Depth Review of the newest Mercedes-Benz S-Class creation, the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S 65 AMG (V222). The new S 63 AMG Coupé is the latest dream car to augment the Mercedes-AMG model range. Exciting lines underpin this two-door model's design. Dominance and sensual purity combine to lend the vehicle irresistible presence and effortlessly superior sportiness. Equally impressive is the combination of high driving dynamics, ambitious lightweight construction and groundbreaking efficiency. As the most powerful member of the BlueDIRECT engine family, the AMG 5.5-litre V8 biturbo engine is a paragon of poise and assurance. Boasting an output of 430 kW (585 hp) and 900 Nm of torque, the S 63 AMG Coupé delivers exceptional performance with remarkably low fuel consumption. Performance-oriented AMG 4MATIC all-wheel drive is available as an option. As with the transmission, customers also get a choice when it comes to the AMG sports suspension: the rear-wheel-drive S 63 AMG Coupé is equipped with MAGIC BODY CONTROL, while the all-wheel-drive version of the two-door model features the full air-suspension system AIRMATIC with the adaptive damping system ADS PLUS. Specific front axle kinematics -- including higher camber, a larger anti-roll bar and a stiffer subframe carrier on the rear axle -- have been developed exclusively for the S 63 AMG Coupé 4MATIC. These measures enhance the vehicle's agility when driving dynamically.

I was driving with my father with this thing who is a test driver for Mercedes, great car! We were on the autobahn several times, but to be honest the best thing is if you drive on country roads with this thing, you can really feel the curves. On the autobahn its just straight forward, you don't feel if you drive 250 or 150, my favorite car so far.

good reviewing of zee car.I happened to drive the predecessor of this car- the CL63 AMG and it felt too heavy to throw around the corners even though it was lightning fast on the straights. I later found out that it is heavier than the S class because of the reinforced roof without the B-pillar. No space at the back seat of course but a real lady magnet. Driving this car makes you feel like you are a Russian gangster
