I just did this job on my two thousand 15 Nissan Rogue this past weekend. All this work is completely unnecessary all I did was remove the glove compartment unscrewed the 6 or 7 screws holding the glove compartment housing so that it's able to be moves slightly. Then I basically just stuck my hand up there and unscrewed the 1 screw holding the blower motor in place. The tough part is turning the blower motor counterclockwise, what I did was use a screwdriver and a hammer and kind of tapped it out of place or counterclockwise and it came loose. Then because you unscrewed all the housing screws you got a little wiggle room to push the dash outwards as you're bringing down the broken blower motor with just enough room to pull it out. You install the new one in reverse. All I ended up removing was the glove compartment container and unscrewing those six or seven screws oh, a what seems like to be a 3 hour job turn into a one-hour job.

May i ask what your issues were for needing to replace? Mine just started to stop blowing put cold air after about 20 min. If I shut off a.c for 5min and turn back on it works for about 20 min then stops blowing. The sound of the blower doesn't change at all the whole time...

So you didn't change your resistor?? I have a 15 as well and all sudden just quit blowing there's cold air just no Moro to push it

Unos enseñan como sacarlo por la gaveta y otros por el pedal de gasolina. Ya compré el abanico. Es blanco y más pequeño y cuando lo sacan desde donde está la gaveta que es negro yo más larga. Su video es de una Rogue de 2014. El otro vídeo es desde Rogue del 2013 en adelante. Estoy súper confundida.

Great video he missed two screws on the upper part of the glove box after you remove it and I recommend removing the second bottom Radio head screw on the left to slide the middle dash piece above the glove box back into place easier

Yo lo cambie y no se necesita quitar todo como en el video y eso lo muestran asi para que el cliente lo vea complicado yo solo tarde 20 minutos en quitarlo y otros 20 minutos instalandolo por inspection en el dealer $152 dolares mas la parte,mas el trabajo y llega un promedio de $500 a $600 dolares saludos subire el video esten atentos

😂 It's so funny I got my blower motor replaced and the resistor replaced just yesterday and they told me that my blower motor for a Nissan Rogue is not in a usual spot like other cars it's pretty out of the way which makes it a lot more labor-intensive so I had to look at the video to see what they meant oh my God they had to take my car Part

You guys with left hand drive cars are lucky. RHD cars have to have the steering column removed or moved to replace the fan. Mine fan was noisy and the Nissan dealer did it under warranty. But what a silly location for it.

Yes, if your Nissan Rogue is LHD .. the blower motor resistor is located on the driver side you will have to remove the gas and brake pedals to get. There's a very helpful video in KZbin showing how to do it.

Buen dia yo tengo una nissan quest a la cual le cambie la resistencia, encendi la camioneta para probarla por unas 2 veces y funciono correctamente, el blower no encendia hasta que yo rotaba el control, pero ya a la tercera ves que encendí la camioneta ya se quedaba encendido el blower al máximo aun con el control del clima apagado, que podrá ser por que la resistencia es nueva.

Bueno yo compre un blower remplazo porque el aire dejaba de enviar el flujo de aire y pense que era el blower, pero decidí llevarlo a un técnico y resultó que no era el blower sino una válvula que ahora mismo no recuerdo el nombre pero la cambiaron y todo funcionó pero el flujo de aire no era el mismo de antes y decidí montar el blower original que había remplazado y ahí si funciono ,el flujo era fuerte como antes .....cual es mi recomendación, traten de montar el blower original, no remplazo.
