Great discription of how the vehicle accelerates. "Like a jet engine as the pilot pushes the thrust forward". Appears to be a great driving car for the polished enthusiast.

Interesting review. The lag or delay when acceleration is similar to what you get on the 7 series f01, should smoother off the line but I can't imagine too many Wraith owners really getting hung up about 0-60 times.

Very well done Rolls. I'll have one of these for the Mrs. Good short review autoblog., although I must disagree with you about the lack of rawness. That's the point- it's not a sports coupe. It's strictly a GT.

I agree its a grand touring car, not a sports car, for gentlemen. I prefer my Bentley GT, its more of a drivers car than the Wraith. I can't wait for the head to head video of the two (GT vs Wraith)

Keep in mind this is not a supercar or sportscar. It is still a GT car with boatloads of torque and power. This car is meant for high speed cruising,elegance, and presence. Not tearing up the twisties!! The only other car in this market that is somewhat comparable to this is a Bentley continental supersport! Cheers.

+BigboiXIV They are different types of cars, it's like apples and oranges. I drove a Bentley Conti GT Speed and it doesn't accelerate it explodes! The Rolls has the same acceleration but in almost total silence.

Well all I can say is they need to cut the 0-60 down to around a 3.5 and it would be perfect, a car costing 300k+ should be able to out perform your top of the line benzes and beemers, I understand it weighs over 5000 lbs but still

Good point but don't forget that it's a Rolls Royce. The person who can afford this beauty, probably has a Ferrari or Lamborghini to play around when he wants "cutting edge performance".

Of course it lacks that raw edge - it's a Rolls Royce !!!!!!! Yeesh !!! BTW the one I sat in had the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in anywhere. Even more so than the Phantom.

and even then. The supersport is still more focused on the sport influence. Carbon buck seats, no rear seats, huge carbon reinforcement bar, carbon ceramics, 0-60 much faster than the wraith. But on luxury and technology stand point wraith blows it out of the water. Just take a look at the bentley nav!
