Well thank you sir! If you did indeed drink it all night, you would be feeling no pain ;) at 8.4% she'll sneak up on ya. Thanks for the kind words. I agree it needs some more carb. The pilot batch of this was perfectly carbed, and I followed pretty much the same carbonation schedule. Not sure what happened. Oh well. Cheers Mr Sparty!!
