NOT if I can help it! And I will do everything in my power to get this Robber Baron out of office -- EVERYTHING!!!! He has hurt this state more than any Gov in the last 50 years! As a retired person I've seen my pension get stolen from this moron so he can give the money to his rich cronies and lobbiests! Every pernsioner I know is voting against him. He's NOT for the average citizen. He's a paid shill for BIG CORPORATE AMERICA!

It's rather unfortunate that the governor's mic level seemed to be set too low. I'd have to turn the TV's volume to unreasonable levels just to hear him.

I can't believe that Michigan citizens find that idea logical. Who in his/her right mind uses $350 million of our public coffers to bring immigrants to fill positions that can be filled by our own citizens. These industries that Mr. Snyder want to subsidize are private companies. Corporate welfare! He is helping private companies with our taxes. These companies do not have to show any proof of need, or assets disclosure. When people ask for help from the state they don't get it until they proof they need the help and have to spend down their savings. This practice of the GOP government has to stop. Its immoral. Use those $350 millions to train real Americans for those positions. Stop misusing our hard earned tax funds.

Farmers get a big portion of the money because able bodied men from the USA don't flock to the fields to pick seasonsal crops like strawberries, apples, cherries, etc.. Who else do you think picks those crops but immigrants? Do you think it's all done with machines?

Snyder doesn't plan to bring immigrants to pick crops. Those come over anyways by contract every year. They work for a pittance. Snyder want to use $150 million to bring H1B visas to take Designing , Engineering, Nursing jobs, Etc. These jobs that keep a good middle class composed of our hard working citizen. Remember, the GOP is ONLY interested in keeping and appeasing the top .1% - 5% who are their real base, the ones with the money, the ones Little Bush called "my base". They don't care about the average voter who are also tax payers.
