If RB tournies were only played that way without the foot on the towel mystery wet spot wiping, ref complaining, ball tapping, extended timeout taking syruppy slow reality of the IRT. Otherwise it might be the advertised fastest sport going. Hey, why are timeouts even taken? Should that be part of strategy or should your strategy be to be in better shape and out war of attrition your opponent?
