Had she gone for pin count on the 7-10 she would have tied and went to a roll off. Every pin counts. Changing balls in the 9th frame was her big mistake.

Do the women use lighter pins? There's no way a man's ball would carry those 10 pins in some of those strikes these women got.

The men throw harder, with more revs the men's balls hit alot harder than the womens, compare them and you''ll see what i mean

***** Not all the PBa pro's use 15 pounds, for example Norm Duke uses 16; the main reason they use 15 is because they don't need the weight to push through the pins, they already have the rev rate :P

You're wrong to a certain extent. Many of the professional women bowl 15 pounds. Some like Missy Parkins, bowl with 16 pounds. As far as rev rate, average for women is around 250 and speed is around 17, with a few women that generate 18 or more. As far as the reason for 16 pounds is for deflection once they hit the pocket.
