Very impressed by that 5th gear pull, even a 1.4L I3 diesel makes impressive torque in the 2000-3000rpm band.

Can you imagine how fast it would be with the 118hp & 326nm remap and filter deletes ? It only weight 1090kg.

+2vespino its really many good cars there, for luxury i will prefer audi a6 oder a7. At mid size car i will choose BMW 325d or Mercedes C250 CDI w204 (not w205 i am not happy) most comfortable car was 2014 chrysler 300C for me, there is really many, which size and you need fast or want save fuel, you must say me then i think one car for you. i wish you happy new year too!

;) I've sale my 996 c4s recently and i regret my choice every day..i've buy,in 2015, the new octavia combi tsi 150 dsg7,hope you test it one day,(and a sporstvan tsi 125 dsg7 too) and i'm very enjoy with it,but you know that's the eternal insatisfaction (!),you're right,the top car for all service and all family satisfaction doesn't exist.

+2vespino i did test skoda octavia combi with 150 hp, but i find skoda octavia little booring car for me, why did you sell porsche 996, where do you live?

You've test the latest one (euro6) ?150hp unleaded fuel ? Booring,in design may be but on the road (mechanic and driveability) i'm very enjoy with it.. Why i've sell my Porsche ?,(2004.57mks) well...my 2 daughters growing up so fast it's the principal reason,many money in my garage for 5mks per year too,12 years...i don't no,a lot of bad reason ! I live in Brittany in France (with veryyy restricted speed limit) enjoy your test,keep safe Tdf.(my skoda is a tdf too ! ;) "Tour De France" limited edition
