If you want a smooth bus, you get a propane Vision or CE. I have ridden both and those were the nicest bus rides I have ever been on. I personally prefer the Vision but those two busses are the best in the industry.

I rode a new 2017 bluebird vision i didn't deal with a rattling Cummins cuz the bus is Propane powerd

Apparently, Colon's Transportation is now being done by a private company. What happened to their buses? Were they transfered to the company, or sold, or what?

I don't have any problems with BlueBirds except the old GMC CV200s are slow AF! Our Visions are smooth riding!
