There's a big difference between comfort and sport mode, it's not just the speakers. I've got the highest spec manual (stick shift) with the M performance exhaust. There's more power in sport mode, I've been in comfort by accident (I never drive in anything but sport or sport+ otherwise it cuts out at traffic lights by default ). Anyway, if you're driving in comfort mode (obviously by accident) and then switch to sport whilst accelerating you get thrown back into the seat. So comfort mode is actually limiting the cars performance... The way I look at it is. Use sport mode all the time even in the wet unless it's really raining bad. Nice sunny summer weather use Sport+ mode, for easy donuts and drifting around roundabouts. Comfort mode is for torrential rain and raining grid lock traffic. Eco+ is just for ice or snow.....

And when you want save gas? Maybe its beter to drive comfy or eco? Or dont make it a big difference?

@@DJ_MH_Remixes I never use comfort mode, I get 25.8 miles to the gallon urban driving with a heavy right foot (can't help it). 33+ miles to the gallon mixed motorway/urban. So it's not that thirsty, considering the horsepower and size of the engine.

@@whynotagain3639 really nice for consumption for a car with so many HP. Im from Netherlands. We drive the Kilometers and pay for the liters. Now i drive a Alfa MiTo 155HP. Sweet car but a little boring

Excellent review, The driving position is wonderful. The BMW driving dynamics are so spot on with this great car. To me the driving experience is so important. Living in Canada, rear wheel drive is not an option for me. When you add 4wd and a few options this car gets very expensive very fast. I know it is a premium car, you do get what you pay for. I wish it was cheaper, the Canadian dollar really sucks , which makes this car out of my price range.

A bit of constructive criticism: we don't need to see two views of your face while you're driving. Also, the font you use, while pretty cool, is not very reader-friendly. Otherwise, great video!

What's up with the orange blinker lights? That's so 1980's..

Only American BMW's have the strange orange reflectors on the front bumper. I've got this car in the UK, with higher spec inside and the M performance exhaust. No BMW's have those reflectors in the UK.

@@dereksbooks thanks, so just the US and Canada have pointless orange reflector's on the front bumper. Does Canada also allow the very dangerous absolutely insane red rear blinkers like the US too? That's what I find so strange, the US allows red rear blinkers which are actually extremely dangerous, as they could be can be mistaken as brake lights or vice versa. But then insist on a pointless orange reflector on the front bumper near the wheel arch, that serves no purpose other than bureaucracy.
