My 2020 was a T20. After handles removal, the door won’t shut. You must turn the screw back in to get the door to shut properly. Then reverse to reinstall. Thanks for your video

I had the same idea when I remove the wrap for paint correction. I used to have a set of these before the wrap. YOU'RE A GOD THANK YOU, So far I've done all my mods on my rt from watching your vids. Wanted to ask you, If I wanted to wrap my spoiler.... Would you recommend removing the spoiler or can I perform it with the spoiler still being attached.

it all depends on the color if your going from black to carbon fiber you can get away with it, and just cut the wrap at the corners. From a color like white to satin black for example you should definitely remove, it's so much easier to make that bottom corner perfect when you have the leverage to stretch out the wrinkles.

Good seeing you a SpringFest (I was tagging along with my 3 kids)... anyways thanks for the video just wrapped the handles on my White 18 SPS with black matte for the door handles (it's sweet, matches the black matte fuel door). But oddly on my 18 SPS, I noticed the T15 had to much play but the T20 slipped in perfect. Figure you may want to double check or dodge did a switch-a-roo

Excellent on how remove. I had the part that you lift to open the door break. Do I need to replace the entire handle, or do they sell the part that lifts up to the open door?

From what I see the door handle assembly is one piece and it’s about $70-$90. You can call a place like East Coast, Moparts or Steve white parts. They can help you find the exact model number and color you are looking for for your car

ok I did it!!! YEA! I have a HINT!! that will help. (2015 Challenger owner )If it's only the outside handle is free pulling the latch. it's the Bike Cable at the handled has come out of it's snap connection to the retainer. Took me 10 min first time with son holding panel. Just take off the panel, hold on to it while you (window up) reach inside and feel for that cable end and with (sitting down reaching up) your thumb feel for it (bike cable and don't pull the handle ) and push back into the square holder area and it should snap into place. tada done. pull the handle and it should pull the latch. I had painters taking off the handle to paint it and so I guess it came loose. then it rained and got cold and mine would slip out of the square hole it the snapped into. If it had been broken the retainer comes down and out real easy. Mine was loosened and came out due to buckling effect taking the handle out to paint it two much and didn't get pushed back into the lock by the painter. If he'd known he would of had to open the panel to pop it back in place and it worked so he didn't think it popped out of the retainer. So fare warning that if you loosen the handle or a repair or painter could make the cable buckle and pop out that bike cable end.

I literally took my charger handles off a few hours before you posted this. It woulda saved me so much time and headache. When I wrapped the last handle the door shut on me with the handle off now it's stuck shut. Do you have any advice for taking the inside door panel off so I can get to the locking mechanism to open my door.

I just finished shooting the mirror video last night and will be finishing the door panel removal this evening, they should both be up later this week, early next. It’s possible if you damaged the connector or forgot to plug it in. But that would only impact the door you worked on.

Good stuff! I just wished that you had made a door speaker removal video . Your attention to detail and accuracy in steps would far surpass any other video on YT which are usually hastily explained and / or poorly made. I want to upgrade the Alpine 6x9 subwoofers but the concern over breaking the clips, supporting the door, and disconnecting the door cable prevents me from moving forward without a willing and experienced 2nd pair of hands. Waiting for the right time/opportunity.

Order a new part from the dealership or go to a pick and pull. Then have it painted to match, finally swap it out using the same process I go over in this video

Hey bro I have a question if you can help. I drive a 2011 Challenger and recently the keyless entry sensor has gone bad on the driver side door handle. I'm comfortable attempting to replace it myself but does it have to be programmed or should it automatically sync once I make the proper connections? Thanks in advance.

Sorry man this is not something I've dealt with yet. I would assume if it works on the Passenger side then it's not the reader it's the hand sensor in your door handle or the wiring.

Wish you would have shown how to hook up the cable to the door handle. I'm pretty sure is pretty easy...but... I'v never been in there and it would have been a good thing to show it so I knew it was done correctly.

Yeah! They put plastic inside Dodge door handles! My 2019 Charger R/T is at the dealer right now. Cheap plastic parts! Like the 2006 Dodge Charger gear box.

If you are not wrapping the car and just want to black out the button, products like back to black may help. I didn't use it because I was concerned with the oils making the adhesive on my wrap fail over time.

Sorry to hear that :/ You would need to go to the dealer to get a replacement tumbler, when you pull out the driver side handle like I show in the video the tumbler just pulls straight out. you may need to replace some internal parts if they broke through the mount. in this case a full door disassemble and window removal is required.

Thanks for the video. IF YOU DO NOT TIGHTEN THE T15 SCREW AFTER YOU PULL THE HANDLE, YOUR DOORS WILL NOT OPEN!!!!!!!! I am stuck with two rear doors not opening on my 2015 Charger RT. Nobody mentions this. I've done tons or research and one guy here on KZbin mentioned it but of course, it's too late for me. I took them off to paint my car and I was not able to open ANY OF MY FOUR DOORS. I have no clue how, but the front one opened after trying for two hours. My car was locked and now I put the handles back on the front doors but the rear doors are stuck closed. I have to figure out how to open them...Be aware of this so it doesn't happen to you.
