I was in the area around 5oth or 59th st, can't recall why, maybe out of sugar lol, but about 15 secs after hearing and seeing I started recording with cam as I hustled towards the west side...I think I am prob the only one who captured the happy faces which I may post later if poss....but hardly anyone was there as it prob wasn't well advertised...but nevertheless quite special to see, making the year more eventful than usual...So Happy Lunar New Year of the Horse to all:-D
