Good video, glad you're back and doing a Fiesta. The Ford pinch bolt can be a pig to get out.On my Fiesta it took a lot of wd40,cussing,and hammering to remove. The pinch bolt was badly siezed/rusted.I fitted a new pinch bolt on re-assembly. Don't think an A.i. bot would have got it off . Look forward to the next video.

Should just replace both springs and isolaters
@vintagesteelgarage18 күн бұрын
@@japfan8161 not always required both springs measure same length and direct replacement. Maybe on the front yes and definitely if doing shock absorbers.

Interesting you mention the 500 & Fiesta Videos being popular, that's what I enjoy about your channel, it's real world. Unlike the likes of Matt Armstrong who works on unabtainable cars. There again he's got millions of subs so I'm clearly wrong 😉 Anyway thanks for the video.

@@TheDervMan yes you're correct. I'm not about to buy a Porsche for 130k that has been on the bottom of the lake. Haha

Those isolators aren't the same as the originals, need the thicker yellow ones with the thicker spud on them
@vintagesteelgarage18 күн бұрын
@@japfan8161 the original yellow ones are rubbish and made of a foam rubber the black ones are polyurethane and last longer
