Would you recommend this vechicle for a dog business with 140,000 miles

I would recommend one with a different engine, since the Ford 5.4 is notorious for a long list of problems. I’m unfamiliar in the commercial or bus market but personally avoid the 5.4, in any generation, like the plague. I got the 4.6 2v in my personal truck for this reason instead of the 5.4 otherwise offered.
