I wonder if these group/people know that Random Acts is it is charitable institution founded by Misha Collins. So I wonder why the check was delivery to Daniela or Jesen instead of Misha.

Of course we know, and the cheque was presented in this panel because it was the last panel of the weekend. Jensen held the cheque so that Misha could read it. It was a gift for Random acts but also a thank you to Daniela for organising the convention. The collection organisers thought it was better to have the money go to charity rather than give it to Daniela herself.
