Man thank u so much u saved me like $300 & my GF’s dad said u got to take out battery n half the dang front end to get to the bulb with ease. I did this in less than 10 min in Walmart parking lot. Man U don’t know how relieved I am now to fix this issue, I’ve googled so much and couldn’t find NOTHING to help me with this problem. Thank u thank u ..... aaahhhh thank ya. I owe u a beer

Really just need basic hand tools for most common jobs around the house and car, I like to think outside of the box and improvise a lot.

lol just remove the fuse box cover and use two screwdrivers to get the gray clip out before removing the cover past the fuse box

You don't need to remove the whole headlight assembly to change the bulb. Pop the lid on the fuse box to gain more room, pull the bulb cover, and just replace the bulb.

I tried but still could not get the bulb passed the fuse box.

You have to disconnect the wiring harness then there is no problem removing the bulb. Why are you taking apart the whole assembly?

If you want to know the easy way that doesn’t require any unscrewing of anything- check out Califor 2A channel and see how it’s done with two screwdrivers for the clips. Easy and done in 5 minutes without removing anything but the parts that you’d remove on the passenger side.
