Plc lets us take this the positive way,"maybe"the babies are supposed to touch the toy or once he/she is at mom or dad's reach,that way he/she is the winner.the purple ribbon is meant for the parents not to go/pass through(it's acting as a straight line)not for parents to go over it,but as for the babies once they are at their toys or mom's reach,they are winners.think it that way.
