If you have Auto stop and start, you got another separate battery that runs this feature besides the main battery. Yes, 2

That part; is the voltage regulator for generator. There is a sensor on battery cable that should be replaced, if you are having charging issues.

Is it the plastic one(battery current sensor) or the one in the terminal(battery monitor module)

My door locks are flickering it jumps into gear. Stir wheel assistance drive with care. Won't go over 60 miles.

I replaced many sensors, throttle body, twice mass air flow sensor, replaced old air box filter. Nothing! I keep getting mmore issues. Today in fact I bought a new battery for my 2019 malibu! Sucks n i have a ESC code now 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have replaced my battery 3 times and just got a brand new alternator. Now I’m back at square 1. I don’t know what’s draining the battery 😢

Nope, I unplug the battery, a couple hours and it's working fine for about a week or two

I'm having a parasitic drain on a 14 Malibu any ideas? Car Cranks fine with a jump and battery will charge but the next morning the car battery is dead again?

mine works fine but my battery volts will go from 14.4 to lile 12.7 and then when on the freeway. it goes lower. i hsve a 2013 malibu eco check engine comes on and it’s scanned for p0ac4

Needs the bigger battery it's more voltage but that's the one it needs don't let autozone tell you any different because It just fix the same issue your having

It’s your front battery that’s causing electric problem, too damn big. That battery isn’t the original Equipment
