Its RM decision.. i forget what year, but for the sake of the member (esp Jimin), RM decide that no member should show their body to promote their song, except they want to.. You might know that Jimin was struggle everyday to get the "perfect" body.. What I mean is like, watch and read their magazines, especially the weverse one, articles, interviews, documentaries, movies, and such. Also, what exactly is Kpop? Are you referring to the people? Because BTS is Korean. Are you referring to the language? Are you referring to the genre? To answer those questions, I recommend you to watch or read some of their interviews (Rolling Stones, Esquire, Weverse, Grammy interviews, etc.). I'll leave it to your own interpretation. Also, I see BTS as a band that performs and makes music that aligns with (what they think) their purpose (is).
