2015 Mercedes Edition One C63s Downpipe Installation

Hey what's going on Gen Z fam! We're excited to bring you ANOTHER downpipe install video! Earlier this year we've done a 2016 Mercedes AMG GTS, last month a 2019 Mercedes E63s and today were doing a 2015 Mercedes C63s.

Today those guys were able to repeat the process and install a set of VRP downpipes for a 2015 Mercedes C63s (Edition One) model.

I've done this mod on my 2019. It's a pain but doable. You will need to remove the steering column as the cut downpipe catches it. The steering column is easy to remove, just sharpy it and decouple it from the quick disconnect. I would highly advise adding 2 elbow defoulers. I didn't the first time and I regretted it when it comes to DEQ. The second time around, I welded V-bands onto the OEM cut downpipe and pasted DEQ. The second time installation with the defouler, no check engine light. Good Luck.

In my C63S Downpipe is installed by previous owner and i have the orginal part. How can i uninstall the Downpipe and replace the original cat? The Mercedes workshop says, they must get the transmission box out to install the original part. is it possible without get transmission out? thanks
