Lots of good runs but the men need watch the women more. Sit and relax. Your butt should never leave the saddle, arms straight with your shoulders. These guys flop around like a sack of potatoes. Only reason it’s fast is because the horses know what they are doing

@@dirklaw989 not sexist. Shes basing it off the riding in the video. The men are incredibly aggressive when trying to get their horses going. She didn't say all men are trash and shouldn't pole bend, she said take notes lol

Again, post a video of you making a 19 second run please. When you do that, then I’ll ’take notes’ There are a lot of anonymous ‘experts’ on the internet who weigh in on things they know very little, if anything.

@@dirklaw989 guy that did 19 run was Good, the other men, mostt, flop a lot. It’s true. Its more sloppy vs a smooth ride they show when trying to push the horse. 🤷🏻‍♀️
