That connector is able to remove pins from back of plug. Quite a bit of a puzzle. Try it sometime. I wonder who engineers these things.

These lights turner on today on my 2012 Prius C, could it be the same problem? the brakes feel normal and behave normal, but i don't have regenerative braking.

@@Mrelectric423 C1241 and C1391 are the codes i got, and the brake actuator motor runs every 4 seconds, i think it failed too soon, my vehicle does not even have 150,000 mile on it. Looks like a valve is not holding the fluid pressure because when i turn the car off i can see the fluid level go up in the reservoir.

@@BilluAwann Yeah, had to replace the brake booster assembly, and brake pump assembly. It is working fine now.

Dumb question for u. Will I have any reprogramming to do if I remove all my calipers to paint? I own a '19 gen 4 Prius limited. Ive done brakes for yrs on all my toyotas, so Im fairly knowledgable. Any other advice? Im a senior who respects ur opinion.

You will need to bleed the brakes not reflash a module. Worst case scenario you will need to clear a code. I should do a brake bleed vid on gen 4...

Those are a lot of miles for a 2015 car, my 2012 Prius C has 104,422.

my abs, brake and stability control light is on. i took it to my local mechanic and he quoted me $3,100 to fix. 2013 toyota prius. CODE is 3160. please help!!!

Are you sure about the code 3160 is related to the engine nothing to do with abs
