I’ve found that the key to count trick time signatures like this is to try to feel the music more. You can do that by listening to music in that time signature. But hey I’m a freshman so what do I know?

Play the video at 1.25 and that's how fast we played the song. Sounds more fun that way too. This is a good recording doh
