2015 Season Opener, Woodburn Dragstrip, May 16 and 17

I was just there May 21 2023 for the first time ever and I have to say I kinda liked the smell of the exhaust and race fuel in the air. Fun time.

I've lived in Eugene my entire life and drag racing is my favorite form of auto racing but I have never gone to Woodburn! Well this year that is going to change! I have a '72 GTX clone and my son and I built a small block Dart together and one of my cousins just got his 408ci. stroker small block Dart back that he spent $43,000 on engine mod's and restorations that wants to take us to the Mopar nationals this year. My GTX clone and the son's Dart aren't quite ready for racing or showing yet but we are hoping maybe they will be ready for next year! MOPAR OR NO CAR! (or truck!😀).
