That V6 is powerful! When I test drove one earlier this year, I put my foot down and the car immediately tried to gain traction with all of the power routed the front wheels. If I purchased this car I would swap out the Bridgestones or Michelins for some Continental DWS's.

It's really bad for a transmission to go from R to D if the car is not fully stop.

Idk about "really bad", but if the car is moving more than a couple of MPH in reverse, it's true you would cause more wear on the transmission by shifting from R to D. It's generally a good idea to stop before shifting to D.

Yeah, I live in NJ and saw a few couple of these 2015 models, I was wondering if the Camry market isn't that big right now because the 2012 model was everywhere after a couple months of release, but I went to New York and shit, you can't blink without seeing one of these there, I saw 15 in a 2 minute interval, not including Camry Taxis, this type of stuff makes me smile

Buck Futter Of course, considering the BRZ/FR-S gave 200 hp from a NA 2.0L horizontally-opposed 4 cylinder versus a Camry XSE's 268 hp 3.5L V6. Of course the Camry is going to be faster than the BRZ, 200 vs 268 shoot, it better be. The BRZ/FR-S are the small, reasonably priced, low-hp, RWD sports cars people have been wishing for since the end of the Nissan 240SX. When it comes to cars like these, handling and steering is numbero uno, acceleration takes the back seat. Nothing wrong with that.

+Braden He may have added the aftermarket part. Not 100% positive about these new Camry's, but previous gen did not have the option, no matter what trim you get. Check E-bay or Amazon, they have them :)

Anyone have a '15-'17 Camry V6?? How nice are those HIDs?? I want a car with Xenon, HIDs or LEDs bad! But the only time Xenon, HID or LED headlights are offered is when the car is a V6! Sucks! And no, I wouldn't want my first new car to be a Toyota Corolla just to get HID headlights!! LOL

I'll definitely have to check it out. I drive a 99 Toyota Camry and it's been a good car, but it's old with a lot of miles on it. The newer cars drive like a Maserati compared to my car. I've seen cars with HID headlights and they are awesome!!! I definitely like the LED lights on the Hondas, also! They look amazing!

+prasath param that not related to japanese cars, that's related to the number of cylinders and how they're mounted. Check for inline 6 japanese cars and you'll find sweet notes. In this case it's a V6 and many people hates V6 sounds
