20151231 New Year's Eve in Ottawa

I walked down to Sparks St., passing by Parliament, to see the New Year's Eve festivities and fireworks there. It was good, but I think it was better in previous years when the music and people would keep going until the late hours of the AM, instead of pretty much ending at 00h15 on January 1st. The funnest part of seeing the fireworks here is watching them hit the buildings.
