2016, August 3rd till 6th Hawaii: Big Island (Kona), Kauai, Oahu

Big Island - from Hilo we shipped to Kona, where I visited a marvellous beach (called A-Bay) with wonderful waves and with dark sand, a mix of coral and volcanic rock, and the entrance to the beach is through a lava desert.
Next day we arrived at Nawiliwili on Kauai, and we wanted to have a good time with Backcountry (Tubing) Adventures, but we had bad luck: my wife had an underwater camcorder on her tube, suddenly - in a dark tunnel - she collided with another guy, and the camcorder with memory-chip, all pictures and reminiscences was away, had fallen into the water … !
No charges against anybody - it was an accident and simply bad luck, but we haven’t give up all hopes: perhaps the company Backcountry Adventures can find our camcorder, perhaps they clean the waterways and - it’s waterproof - can save the chip and the video sequences … ! - Never say die!
On board of our cruise ship we had some lazy days more till we had to leave it and to depart to our next destination: San Francisco.
