Great Review C! Definitely like your new intro sequence. I have been waiting for this review. I have a question. What was the fuel capacity? I also read somewhere that you cannot get radar cc even as an option. Is that true?

How does it drive compare to MB or Audi? What is the steering wheel feel?

+Jana Gage I bought this last week. This one has better steering feel and you will feel every bump on road just like 3 series. You will not notice much difference between all 3 models in terms of over all driving experience. But this one has more interior space and looks better than other 2 in person. MB GLA has low ride height and feels more like a wagon than crossover. I test drove all 3 and liked this one overall than other 2. Finally the 0-60 in 6.3 seconds and got better EPA. Only drawback is front Seats which are not that comfortable.

+sunil varma datla thank you for your reply, i have currently 535 GT and the feel is terrible, actually there is no feel at all. When i'm doing 'u turn' the steering wheel doesn't not ever return completely! I had few times current 3 series as loaner, the feel was better, but previous gen X1 is definatelly the best - well that's because it was hydraulic not electric steering :-). After driving my 5 series i'm picky about the steering feel. Thank you again!

0:57 the style changes for the 2016 X1 were not "very evolutionary" at all. The 2016 BMW X1 underwent a complete redesign from inside and out: www.autotrader.com/car-reviews/2015-vs-2016-bmw-x1-whats-difference-249361 Just because they have the twin kidney grills and 18" tires that does not make for an "evolutionary" change.

+Baloi Cornel I agree with older version. But this year model has more room and feels like X3. Pickup and fuel economy is really good.

+sunil varma datla in my opinion it's either a sedan or an SUV ... those type of cars are something in between a camel and a horse 😂... and when we talk about BMW we say "fast" we say "aggressive looking" and nevertheless "elegance". That has nothing to to with either of them.
