One of the best 1A i ever seen through out the history of yoyoing. This video officially made me love yoyoing again and again. Hands down to the legend Charles Haycock & his homie, jensen kimmitt

This fs, imo, would have won any competition including worlds 2016. To me, Chuck could be (probably is) the best yoyoer in the world right now. What a humble display of greatness.

+Aron Bendet you may be right, my love for chuck may be getting the best of my logic, but it still stands that imo he is one of the greatest yoyoers of our time, and is hardly recognized enough.

+Evan Nagao its kinda true that at comps the recognition of the player with the community can be a small factor that makes the player get higher or lowers places, but still charles's's's way to play its pretty much unique

I hate how yoyo is judged now, as you need speed combos to get more clicks for a better score. It completely takes away the art behind every trick to set the mood and precision as well as the diversity in tricks. The one thing I love about Charles Haycock is that unlike many other yoyo players who try to impress people with a variety of cool and amazing tricks, Charles Haycock uses simple and easy tricks(compared to tricks top pro players use) but uses these simple tricks at makes it so unique and special being so creative them. Like 3:11 you got to appreciate the message he sends with that throw that fits so well with the song, its fucking incredible. That light throw he sends to fit the mood of the song and subtleness in his slow and precise movements. There's something about that slow wobbling yoyo that fits in well with the song at that point He obviously has the talent and skill to get 1st place in Worlds its just the way yoyoing is just now because ever wonder why most yoyoers in worlds use fast paced EDM?
@noooaah6 жыл бұрын
Daniel Kim I totally agree
@angeljaimes97036 жыл бұрын
Daniel Kim hell yes. Its sooo much better getting the mood right, the song, the pace, the tricks, body movement and even facial expression play a part. Thats why Charles and Zach are my favorites

Evan is right. This routine was nothing but beauty and shows that side of yo-yoing incredibly well. The only criticism is that he could use more of the stage. But the context of the actual routine, it works perfectly just the way it is.
