Install video of the Vicrez widebody kit on Lily's 2016 Dodge Challenger Scatpack. Install was a total of two days of putting the bumper together, putting on the new bumper, and then installing the fender flares. We did not cut the metal fenders. We cut the new fender flare pieces to allow additional room for the tires, but we did not have to cut the metal of the car fender. Car looks great! I did my wide body still need to get the front bumper cover and I used the 3m panel bond adhesive. Yes I probably won’t do again. Too much work.

that was her harmonic balancer that fell it may not make a big difference now but id definitely take it to the dealer to have it reinstalled it will make a difference later

i also am doing a widebody kit on my scatpack i have redeye widebody rims 20x11 305s all the way around my rears are fine but i do rub my fenders on bumps and pot holes in the front i can still turn fully no problem but bumps do suck

Yeah hers do not rub in the front too bad now after we trimmed the plastic fenders to be flush with the metal wheel well

The harmonic damper balancer falls out of every one of these engines it’s not held together too well but the dealer or CarMax or whoever you bought the car from 9/10 warranty the new one and have it installed it’s not an expensive or long fix, some people have bought the ATI 10% one to have it replaced for their own personal reasons but it’s just on there to balance out the engine shaking but it doesn’t do too much for our cars as they all run perfectly fine when it falls out and like most of us, we never find out until we take the bumper off and a random circle object falls out lol

You should cut it man. Road conditions and driving conditions vary on daily driven cars. Plus if you add some weight to it for traveling the rear will even sit lower. Plus body roll in the turns. Only a matter of time before it hits since you did the wider wheels. All that work just to have to redo...jus sayin. I cut mine for a vicrez widebody kit. I agree, car looks good. Props

No rubbing at all here 🤷🏻‍♂️ trimmed the plastic fenders back to the metal wheel well to sit flush and there hasn’t been any rubbing. Also, terrible ass roads in FL and daily driving

You have to cut the body if you going with the 305 tires. If not your tires will rub the fenders 😮

Didn’t cut the body and it’s not rubbing on the body 🤷🏻‍♂️ just trim the fenders down and you’re good to go

At the end of the video I explain we ended up cutting the middle section out of the plastic fenders up to the metal fender. We still never ended up cutting the metal fender but some light trimming of the plastic will be needed. Only took about 10 minutes
