I just bought my 2016 last week. I only buy used (and pay cash, I do not leverage depreciating assets). Mine is also blue, PP, and a stick, but a convertible. Mine does not have the louder exhaust. I do not like the louder exhaust. Lots of fun. A minor detail: I love the turning indicator lights in the 2016 hood heat extractors (a nod to the 1967-8). Fun ride.

Soooooo.... instead of using the banks money at insane low rates. And taking the lump sum of cash and investing into something that pays you the monthly payment. So your car is basically free...... you just blow that entire sum at once in a depreciating asset. Sweet

Take some advice from a millionaire, you guys are idiots paying cash. I just bought an $80k GTR for the fall weather. I could have paid cash for that car dozens of times if I wanted to pull the money out, but that would make me a moron. That money sits in my fidelity account earning multiple times the interest. My car is free because the profit from my wealth pays for it. That's how wealth works. Banks work for the rich, you are paid to be rich. If you just dropped 20-30k on a car in cash you don't understand money.

@@Rob-ue6ij Again, I do not leverage depreciating assets (car, boat, etc). Leveraging depreciating assets is not financially smart. I pay cash for my cars. I do NOT NEED to “pull money out” of an investment account. I just write a check. Sorry, but your car is not “free”. It is only “free” if you sell it for more money than you have into it (including insurance, maintenance, etc). P.S. I am a multi-millionaire. ‘Not really a big deal. In America, anyone can become a multi-millionaire if they work hard and apply good investment strategies over a long term. ‘Enjoy your GTR. They are quick. I prefer convertibles for my “toy” cars. Mine came with Pirelli P_zeros on it. Lasted 11k miles. Went for Firestone Firehawk tires. Great tire for the money! Great car to own and drive!
