The quickening and marked for death both came out in 2011. So I don't know where you're getting your 2 years nonsense from. It's been 5-6 years since those came out. DOTH was not an full album, and before DOTH they've even been talking about their new album. If Vent's verses on the mixtapes are anything to go off, he's definitely change largely as a person since his last album, and I'm afraid with how long it's been that he's been scrapping tracks that don't align with his new perspectives.
