Everyone with one of these LED issue cars, register on the National highway traffic safety commission. They have a website. These are SAFETY FEATURES. Clearly states this on the window sticker. It makes it look like your going to turn. Like a new Audi, LED goes off, blinker comes on. Only way this gets recalled!!!!

I've had the same problems.. difference is honda took care of led lights under warranty for 10 years, suspension issues is the rotors, sunroof never fixed, navigation system replaced 3 times, weather stripping now deteriorated not under warranty, I have 62k miles with lane departure cruise etc problems...going to keep driving it and use honda for failing to fix safety problems as it's on file and reported.. freaking car runs great with average 46 mpg hwy on V6..

That’s bullshit about the headlights. Honda extended the warranty on touring models for 10 years. My LED strip went out on passenger side at about 75K. Called the dealer and told them it’s covered under extended warranty they fixed it no charge. You need to see if you can get reimbursed.

You hit it on the head right there, dude! The shit is now made in USA so yup QC is not the same as when it's made in Japan. I own a 2015 Accord Sport and it's been great for me.
@jaxripper2512 жыл бұрын
Hey they have been making accords in Ohio since the 80s so your point is not valid your 2015 was not made in Japan.

Ever since I watched your other video regarding the faulty LED running lights I've seen a bunch of Honda Accords riding around my area (NYC) with either one LED strip not working or one LED strip half illuminated. It's crazy the amount of faulty LED's I've seen. I have a 2011 Honda Fit built in Japan with no issues whatsoever. Of course the 2011 Fit is not as technologically advanced as the 2016 Accord, but still. I think sometimes all of this advanced technology is not so good and is where most people have problems. I was going to get a mildly used 2016 or 2017 V6 Accord (EXL) for more space and bigger engine, but now i'm not going to take the chance. I will most likely be out of warranty when the LED's fail. I wonder if the new 2018's will suffer the same issues? Are the LED's in those constructed different? I still can't get over replacing the whole headlight for a faulty LED...seems like bad design, or Honda figured the LED's should last almost for the life of the car and the odds of needing a replacement would be very small.

I have a 2017 Accord Touring, before that I had a 2017 Accord Sport SE. My touring has 45k mi on it. I have the same sunroof issue. I had both struts replaced under warranty for clunking noise, the starter sometimes doesn’t start and just makes a loud sound which I will hopefully get replaced soon under warranty, the google maps on Apple CarPlay sucks ALWAYS freezes the infotainment screen which requires me to shut off the car and start it up again to make it work again. There is a pain in the ass rattle in the back of the car where the rear speakers are which honda “fixed” in the past. The transmission has slipped several times in the past, honda can never confirm it. somedays the car drives beautifully with plenty of torque somedays it hesitates and feels like it has no torque at all. The trunk latch fuse blew which blew out the inside trunk light which was replaced under warranty. Driver window also had a pain in the ass whistle sound which was repaired under warranty. I replaced the brakes at 38k mi since rotors were shot. One issue on this car which was also an issue with my sport is once you dent these nice looking 19” rims, even the slightest dent like I have right now, the entire car shakes like hell. Recently changed tires to Michelin sports, they grip very well but, the noise these tires make, makes you want to drive into a brick wall at full speed. Will definitely stick with the Primacy’s in the future. It’s honestly a shame because I absolutely love the way this car looks and the space it has in the interior, just a lot of issues.

TheRam010 yep. That's correct. Timing belt replacement is @ 100k miles. As the belt gets replaced Honda also suggest you get the water pump did as well. My beater car went over 379k miles before I needed a new water pump.

PLATINUM ok thanks for the heads up I knew about the timing belt but not the water pump
@jdm_954 жыл бұрын
@@PLATINUM2U if you actually read manuals, all cars must have some type of service at some point on the cars lifetime span. Most cars are recomended to replace water pump and timing belts by 100k miles. Only if wanna save money skip some points but then might be too late(new engine, rebuild blown engine, ect..) for not doing proper maintnance

Bro, just keep your Camry. It still as fast as the 2018 Camry V6 with 301HP and this 2016 Accord V6. You don't owe any payment and when it breaks down, like you day cheap to fix. @@BORICUACHANNEL Yeah, had to do the same thing. Dumb looking target... Mine all happened after I reset it. Now my LEDs and brakes are both in the same boat. I happen to know a retired Honda USA, Executive. When the stealership tries to hit me up for the brakes, we will see. They even turned/cut the rotors at 1700 and 2500 miles front and back. Mine is a coupe, dealer trade gone bad, so it sat on their lot for 9 months with 27 miles on it. Got it as a CPO, but still, bad brakes at 28k??? Honda is having issues. Won't buy another, unless it's made in Japan or an Acura.
