+Jeferson Klein I believe it shows when the engine is running in eco mode, because when he gets on it the light goes off.

I agree; looks to be Eco light for what I call the auto Eco mode. If it’s like the RX, it does this when in normal mode when it can, so pretty much once you’ve accelerated to cruising speed or you’re decelerating, it goes into Eco mode. On the RX the engine sounds and acts a little funny with this auto Eco mode, and it still doesn’t get decent MPGs. The mileage is better when you turn on full Eco mode, and it doesn’t seem to hinder acceleration much; when you press the gas down more than a little, it knows to accelerate more than just a little :)

Garbage. Drive train transfer case is week. Repairs are high on this. Over 8000 to have the drive train fixed at only 178000 k. The struts are very week . There not a strong built suv. But are comfortable cab. Stay away from them unless you have enough put away for an expensive repair to drive train on this thing. A couple of shocks on front cost over 2000.
