The shower should be bigger with that cabinet/safe out of the design. Other than that that it looks pretty good and nicely built.

That shower is 36" wide. For a larger rectangular shower in this series, the 3724, 4054, 4369 and 4381 floorplans all have a shower of 40” x 32”. For maximum size, step up to the 4311 with a 62" wide shower.

+roglco72 . Good point. I am an average height woman and I was always straining my neck to try to look over or under that bar. My husband had an auto glass company put in a solid glass window. WONDERFUL difference. I can no longer open the window for air but it is soooo worth it.

Checking Newmar's website, they currently offer 2 floorplans of this model in the 38' length: 3724 with 1 bath, and the 3736 with a bath and a half.
