As the owner of a 2015 Plateau FL, I love to see how the company is constantly improving their product. I lust after a few of the improvements over the 2015 year. I think that the commenter below makes a good point about owner generated videos describing their use and likes/dislikes of their Class B RV's. I can say even now, that for the most part, I love the attention to quality that Pleasure-way industries puts into their products. Even so, after 6000 miles of adventuring and many nights using our new second-home, I have many small improvements that, in some cases, I have done myself, and otherwise offered suggestions to the company. They have always been very responsive to my specific needs, and my suggestions for improvement. I like the idea of the video… And the next time I take the machine out for a few nights of adventure I will create a video describing my experience with the RV.

gorgeous but all the glass in the back will put a strain on the ac and heat during southern summers or northern winters. It would be nice to have a more insulated option. Most rv'ers probably are not spending much time inside looking out but sleeping in which case normal insulated walls would serve much better for noise and temperature comfort. regards.

I have a 2007 Pleasure-way Excel TS. This new 2016 Ascent has all the things I wish my Excel had! That mid-height fridge is a fantastic idea for someone like me who is tall. I love the solar panels and lithium batteries! And the digital thermostat! OMG why do RVs have those outdated analog things that have been gone from houses for 20 years? And the LED light bulbs. There is a lot I can do to my Excel to update it, but things like the fridge make me want to find that Ascent when it comes to my area and trade up. Thanks for the great video.

Excellent presentation. Well done! I would like to see a KZbin video of someone traveling somewhere in this or any other Pleasureway vehicle. Eating, sleeping, and showering in this setup. I think the setup is great but i would like to see it in action. I am researching RVs for an upcoming trip I would like to take. I am a huge fan of the smaller RVs/van under 28 feet. I think this setup is wonderful but I would like to see a Route 66 trip, a PCH highway trip, a East Coast Trip showing how easy it is to travel in a small space. Pleasureway is missing this important social media marketing opportunity. I am a huge fan of the Widebody XL the best small RV design on the planet. The Widebody is small RV perfection on wheels. Social media is huge and with rv vloggers like GoneWiththeWynns, RVwithTito, Long Long Honeymoon, Traveling Robert clearly showing how easy their brand RV or trailer makes life easier on the road. Pleasureway needs to show the beauty and ease of travel with their RVs. Pleasureway RVs are well designed but you don't see it in social media. My original choice of purchasing a Coachmen Concord 240RB has been changed because I can't find one video of anyone (that is not a dealer/seller) highlighting the benefits of any Concord RV. Social media matters with someone taking road trips in the vehicle promoted. Coachmen Concord (Forest River) doesn't have any KZbin presence. What do the owners of any RV/trailer/van (who are not paid or sponsored) think of their purchase? Would they buy that exact RV/trailer again? Whatever RVs we downsize to, I plan to start a new KZbin channel showing the benefits of the vehicle.

+ProvidingResources I agree, I think Pleasure-way has mastered the art of presentation, their videos are far superior to their competitors, but they are just that "presentation videos". Seeing one of their motor-homes "in action" would be awesome, and I have to admit it's on the very top of my "bucket list", something I am working towards. As you said there are several "RV Bloggers" out there but none of them have tapped into the Sprinter Class B market. I have been researching Class B's for some time now and am pretty much sold on Pleasure-way. I have also been thinking (a lot) about the format of how I would like to present it, find a unique "niche" and part of that would be showing the in's and out's of traveling for an extended amount of time (a year or more) in a Class B, I am all but sold on Pleasure-way, just haven't decided which model I like best as all the Sprinter models have their pros and cons. With all the craziness in the world, where everything seems to be falling apart I want to hit the road and show that there is more good out there than there is bad. I have done all the planning, now I just need to manifest it!! If I had to find a consistent "flaw" in Pleasure-ways design I would have to say it would be the flip up counter top not being level with the rest of the counter when flipped up, such a small thing and very easy to correct, the competitors finally figured it out.

This is just perfect for me. Just a few questions. Can this model be fitted with a screen door? Is the tire holder on the back easy to lower? Is it possible to nix the tire holder on the back and instead have a tire repair kit like the Ram model does?
@pleasureway8 жыл бұрын
Hi +Michelle Pokipala, Thank you for your interest and questions! Regarding the screen door on the Ascent, we have just selected a screen door package we are confident with and it will be an option for the 2017 Ascent. Midway through 2016 we actually removed the tire carrier and now include a tire repair kit as a standard feature (the same repair kit used in the Ram). The tire carrier is now only offered as an option. We don't have information or photos of the screen door package on the website yet, but if you wish to learn more about it please feel free to contact us directly here: www.pleasureway.com/contact/

I'm narrowing down my class B purchase and I love your coaches but I have two questions. I'm curious if PW will offer a rear sleeping arrangement similar to the Roadtrek Zion where the electric sofa faces sideways so you have a wide open aisle to the rear door of the coach (perfect for bikes and longer items when traveling)? That is a floorplan I would jump at in a heart beat in a Pleasureway Coach with your kind of quality control and amenities. Also, do you have any plans to use a Ford Transit for any of your coaches? Thank you
@pleasureway8 жыл бұрын
Hello, we currently do not have plans for a sideways facing sofa as you are describing. We also do not have plans to build on the Ford Transit due to weight limitations. Thanks for your questions!

Hi, i'm from Europe. This is precise what i'm looking for...the only thing i do not understand is what you'll mean with '' it is not 4 season''. Does that mean that is is not to be used in wintertime??? for example?
@pleasureway8 жыл бұрын
Hi +RandomFinn, You can certainly still drive and operate the motorhome during the winter season, however, all the holding tanks and water lines are located underneath the coach and are exposed to potential cold temperatures. We recommend that the water system not be used when the outside temperature drops below the freezing point. If you are in freezing temperatures, it is recommended to run antifreeze through the complete water system. Thanks for your interest!
@noviceprepper53978 жыл бұрын
good question, I didn't catch that and it's very important for those who want to use their RV during the winter to know that this coach isn't equipped for conditions below a certain temperature

Does the bathroom have its own fan?
@pleasureway9 жыл бұрын
Hi +iamkat2, The bathroom does not have its own fan, but rather can utilize the centrally located fan. If you watch at 8:11 you will see that we leave a gap between the top of the bathroom door and the roof. This allows the fan to exhaust both the kitchen area and the bathroom quite easily.

Pleasure Way makes some of the nicer class b vans, but there are some issues with their design. All those exterior utility panels and the huge running boards make it hard to call this a "stealth" rig. Roadtrek does a better job of hiding that stuff. Also, I don't want any propane or a generator in my rig, so I'd be looking for an all electric setup, like Roadtrek offers, with more battery power and an under-hood generator. Not sure if PW offers that. Lastly, you DO NOT want a 3 way fridge, as they are nothing but problems. This is one reason I want an all electric setup, as it allows for a residential style compressor fridge that can run off your battery bank and doesn't have to be level to run. I like PW, but they're lagging behind the competition in some ways.

+Pleasure-Way Motorhomes None of them?
@pleasureway8 жыл бұрын
Hi +Tommy TwoGun, Yes, that is correct. The reason we don’t classify our motorhomes as four season is because all the holding tanks and water lines are located underneath the coach and are exposed to potential cold temperatures. The motorhomes can still be driven and used during the winter season, we simply recommend not to use the water system when temperatures drop below the freezing point.
