I'm experiencing the same issues i check the plug in everything good there i changed fuse box and still nothing i ordered a multi function switch hopefully it fixes it

Solved! In my case fuse F82 was missing

Dodge electronics. Yup they’re shit, I should know I own two. Fun fact. On the 2018 ram 2500, when experiencing an electrical fault on the head lamps they go to HIGH beams! Could be a bad wire, connector, switch, bcm, ground connection, you name it. Anytime the lights are on it stays in the high beam-selection. In my case I narrowed it down to the $250 wiper/turn signal/high beam lever. Still dealing with the bad ABS module just like everyone else. Fun times!!!! I foresee a class action lawsuit. Seriously who the fuck said “hey I’ve got a great idea! When the headlamps go into default let’s ensure it goes to high beams so you blind everyone at night and they swear your an inconsiderate asshole!”
