It will roll through the main drag in most small towns just fine, even park on an empty side street but yes, you may have to walk a bit. The point of recreational vehicles is usually to not spend your time in towns... this is an interstate and truck stop vehicle. At the end of its voyage should be campgrounds in the mountains or on the ocean which are also made to accommodate it. This may not be your ideal vehicle but it is for me. I can tell you they drive just fine.

I know a few people that owns a bus similar to this and they tell me, its nearly impossible to find proper parking. And the maintenance to maintain a bus like this is around $3~$4-k a month........ So my question is, how is this suppose to be Off-Grid if it cost as much as two mortgages to maintain it.???? Most cities will not let anyone just park this anywhere. You have to go to special RV parks to park this, but good luck on finding space to park it there as the cost of parking is through the roof. This type of vehicles are for the ridiculously rich people that are bored to shits and don't know what to do with all that extra money. I specifically know 2 other old couples that spent a lot of money on a bus like this and after 2 years on the road, they got so mad, they sold their bus and moved into a Condo. They said they would never do RVing ever again....LOL they got so much grief by police that the tickets was coming in on a daily bases,. to the point that is was seriously breaking the bank......LOL

Most normal people with a few brain cells will buy this to primarily go to RV parks and if they need to stop on the way to the destination they will stop in a Walmart or similar, as for getting around town they will tow a car behind them.

Been a long time since I saw one inside. I used to go to RV shows with my parents when I was younger during the 1970s. All that fake wood veneer, ugly carpet and cheap floral upholstery. They've come a long way since then.

many these bus/coaches have selling points of a very functional kitchen installed inside with real gas stove etc. But I just think some electric ones are ok especially to cook out side of the vehicle is very important not making the smell linger and harsh cleaning after cooking.

I would have preferred a full propane stove with sealed burners and a self-cleaning oven, in addition to the convection micro. The dishwasher drawer was cool, however, why did the dude call it a washing machine? BTW, with all those electric appliances, that big rig needs solar for going off-grid. And, there should have been more attention paid to the mechanicals and electronics in the demo, like network connectivity, audio/video components, systems integration and how the TVs receive their signal.

These new Rvs dont have many beds as the older models. I notice the new ones can sleep 4 or so. When older ones sleep 10 easy. I guess 2-4 people want a 40ft motor home for 300k+

Let's see if I understand you correctly: This unit has "aluminum tires", I thought the wheels were aluminum and the tires were primarily made of rubber with steel belts; then there is an "induction heater" and not a induction cooktop. If your going to turn a "Review" into a sales pitch then it's highly recommended that you get the correct terms down before making the video. I lost interest after the induction heater description and switched to an actual review of a truck on another channel.
