+Рекс А yeah just like what nana lee said, the other skaters are not supposed to skate in the way of whoever is practicing their performance. each skater's song comes on and that's the time for a specific skater to have a nearly open rink to practice on. all the other skaters are supposed to steer clear from the one practicing to their music. and what denis did was rude and uncalled for. everyone on that rink knows the rules. and the fact that yuzuru has already has a scary collision makes it harder for him to handle when skaters get scary close to you when they aren't supposed to. denis has skated with yuzuru before, he knows what yuzuru was intending to do, which was his jump. he knew full well and that's why everyone's mad right now lol

Just out of curiosity, who are you relaying this information though? In current times, most fs fans which include fanyus have mostly talked fondly of Denis Ten and don't hate him at all. They always pay their respects to him on his remembrance day. Of course, a few who seem to lack maturity cross the line during internet fights with Yuzu's haters. More often than not, I've seen reddit ppl who have a weird hate boner and bias (I mean racism) against yuzu trying to use this incident in a malicious way and it's very unprovoked too. Yuzu's japanese antis who are frankly psychos also bring Denis up all the time and the way they use him against Yuzu and twist the incident crosses all kinds of lines. It's like they're not real ppl and it's disturbing to watch.

IE Some vid showed that Denis was following Yuzuru on the ice. Sometimes Yuzuru had to skate towards the other direction to avoid getting too near to Denis so here you dont see them very near each other

It doesn't matter whether Denis follows Yuzuru on ice for a little while. As I said, if you want to avoid hitting someone, you can follow them and leave some space between you and that person. The only point where they got a little close was when Hanyu fell down after a jump and Denis came in to do his jump. But you can see Hanyu had plenty of time to get up and avoid him. Hanyu came closer to Shoma during another occasion after Shoma fell and Shoma had to scramble to get out of the way but Shoma didn't go around complaining to everyone else about it. There were six people on the ice. You can't have a perfectly clear path for your routine when your music is playing. It's just Hanyu's paranoia. His imagination. If he really believed Denis was doing it deliberately, he should have gone to the ISU and reported it there. Not told the media about it first. This way Denis gets tried by the uninformed public and gets harassed by Hanyu's fans. The harassment was so bad he had to stop using his SNS and his fans were also abused and harassed. Hanyu's fans wrote bad things about Denis on KZbin too. The skating community, other skaters and insiders, supported Denis, not Hanyu over this. They said they wanted to do something to help Denis because he was suffering from harassment by fans. Fans even found out his phone number and email address and continued the abuse. Hanyu is responsible for this. Instead of conducting a trial on Denis using these videos which don't tell us much and witch hunting him all over the place, including KZbin, tell Hanyu to report it to the ISU if it bothers you so much.

That rule that you have to give priority to someone when someone's music is playing can't be followed perfectly. Denis actually tried to avoid Hanyu by following him for a little bit. If you trail someone doing their routine, it's hard to bump into them so long as you put a little space between you and them. Only if the skater falls or suddenly stops can you bump into them. How is Denis supposed to know Hanyu's routine perfectly? How is he supposed to know where he's going to move across the ice? No one knows others' routines. If Hanyu wants a clear field, he should hire a rink just for himself. With 6 people on the ice, he should have a little understanding. Other skaters have to put up with the crowded situations when their music is playing too, not just Hanyu. And the ironic thing is that Hanyu has a history of colliding and slashing other players during skating. There are at least four collision or near-collision incidents I have heard about. One of them Patrick Chan was sliced in the abdomen. I haven't heard about anything like this with Denis Ten. Hanyu is just being ridiculous and paranoid. Nobody is trying to collide with him.
