I think the MDX has always been the best looking Acura model IMO. Loving the new front end... Now it's time for Acura to do the same with their other models, ESPECIALLY the RLX!

they simply failed to move it up scale from its Honda counter part, the interior materials have not really been elevated that much, the interior switch gear is from the honda version, and the over all interior architecture is shamelessly ripped from the honda version... come on acura step it up

I noticed the infotainment system hasn't changed from the previous model. I thought they would have gone with Apple/Android integration like the Hondas. I wonder if the nav is still slow as molasses. As far as the interior, you said it wasn't as "opulent" as some others, but at this price point it's pretty nice. Not MB or BMW like, but those are 10k or more... need to put it in perspective.

I agree with the outdated interior. When you opened the driver door, I thought it looked the same as my second generation MDX. I just really hate black plastic dash. It gives it that cheap look IMO.

I think the exterior is handsome but the interior is 100% Honda Accord... from 2010. That's unacceptable b/c this car is really competitive in all other aspects.

the problem with acura is that its to close to honda. they have to seperate themselves from each other in exterior and interior styling. the 2016 accord looks a lot better then the TLX. mdx is a great suv, but it needs to have "true" luxury

The Accord and TLX and similar, but the TLX is far more handsome. As far as features, the Accord has them in spades, particularly with the cellphone integration. (The Acura sound system is superior though.) But for the price I'd get an Accord.

Alumnikiid I'll admit I went to test drive the pilot but after a few bumps and turns it was a clear difference in ride quality and performance... and I have no problem spending the extra money if it's worth it!!:) to each its on... lol

They spent way too much effort on the front and not enough on the interior. Even so, the front is horrible. How can Acura be inspired by Honda, it should be the other way around if they want Acura to be their "luxury" division. Their interior is still more functional than inspired. There's no design language. And for the price, there's many cars out there below this price that have way better styling like the C/GLC class, the new A4, Lexus RX, etc.
