Thank you for sharing this! I have an ancestor from senegal and I've carried her with me my entire life! I'm predominantly Cherokee but she's there too! I competed in a skating contest years ago. It was a practically all black rink and I'm light and look half Japanese lol. They started out saying get off the floor white girl! Elizabeth, my ancestor, wouldn't let me! I pulled off my signature move and everyone jumped to their feet, cheering and this half jamoenese looking "white girl" WON! :D I even get my chest into it! I can't really dance anymore, can't keep the beat because of nerve damage in my legs, I should be crippled! Some of the stories about slavery is lies! We came over and got her because of the wars going on and she met Jesus Christ over here and now she's in the Kingdom of God! She is a part of our family and when I learned about her, I told my dad because I wasn't going to let her get swept under the rug! Everyone is mixed now and we need to love one another otherwise we're hating some of our ancestors and breaking their hearts! Elizabeth is free now! I'll be seeing her soon too! Praise God, thank you Jesus Christ! I love you Elizabeth, always and forever!!!

Does anyone else hear the beat of the drums in two different ways , it’s like they’re playing 2 different rhythms but it’s the one
