I own an XTS with this exact color combination and enjoyed this review. In fact, I've sent it to friends. I also love the unique lighting inside and out. The ambient lighting around the wood trim, dash, door handles, etc. at night is incredibly beautiful and unique.

the angles you are taking (of the exterior) with your camera are making the car look bloated and out of proportion.

That's because his camera has wicked fish eye problems. Happens with cheaper cameras with fixed aperture wide angle lenses. He could use an upgrade to his camera, for sure.

The buttons below the touch screen doesn't have to be pressed hard. A light tap will work. Also You can slide your fingers across the volume. It all works like a touch screen.

I just purchased my 2017 XTS Premium Luxury (I think I said that part properly) yesterday, and I LOVE it!!! It's spacious, comfortable!!! She's a beauty!!! I named her BBBIG GIRL!!! she's a triple threat!!! The first B stands for Big, the second B stands for Beautiful and the last B stands for Black.....although, she really is not black, she's Phantom Grey Metallic, she just looks black.

Love my XTS VSport. It's such a special car. Smooth quiet rocketship. I feel the twin turbo should have been the only option for this car - 412 HP!

1/18/18, Glad you like that overpriced/overrated Caddy. I bought a brand new 2002 DTS, kept it 13 years. I now have a Ford Taurus (2015) LTD/AWD, best car I ever had, price was right.

the dash on the impala looks cheap and has rotary knobs but not on the Caddi and the leather is soft and stitching is on point! Not seeing to much resemblance but they are both GM cars and the engines are long lasting and low maintenance.

Always love those cars reminds me of The Cadillacs in the Lincoln's I love those cars they're about the same chassis it's the most comfortable chassis I've ever been in have a Lincoln MKS if I come across a Cadillac XTS worth it

If you decide to go with a big body caddy, checkout the different levels of the CT6 models. I drive the platinum edition Twin Turbo AWD.404 HP. You will love it. You Tube has all trim levels reviewed. Hope you get one; a 2or 3 years old wil be in the low $40.s

Great review. I love that you are actually driving the damn car while talking about it!! There are too many KZbin reviewers spending most of their time griping about the ash tray or the glove box but you never see them on the road driving the car. The biggest gripe I have seen about this car is that it is not a RWD Eurobox. Hate to break it to those folks...it was never designed to be that.

I have always thought the IMpala was the nicer interior and really exterior between these two cars. The shape of the dash and the buttons and knobs of the Impala are better looking and definitely better working than those in the XTS.

Kevin Salinas My grandma has a 2015 Cadillac XTS with 48,000 miles on it she has had zero problems with the car. The car rides fantastically and to this day there are no squeaks or rattles when driving on rough roads the XTS is built very well.

Sorry. Big fail. I do like the look. But for Cadillac the interior just does not make it. But , i may be a bit spoiled. My daily driver is a 2017 Cadillac CT6 Twin Turbo Platinum edition.AWD. The only thing i have done to it was upgrade to the chrome wheels

It had over 20k miles on it and likely wasn't driven that nicely. Great car though. I would have liked it to not share so many components with the Impala (also a nice car) but I believe that will be solved in the new 2018 XTS from what I've seen.

I like the modern gadgetry but the car itself seems like a step down from the DTS it supposedly replaced. It looks way too much like an Impala inside and out and that generic V6 with that buzzy exhaust note seems like a slap in the face if you've ever had a Northstar. The 2018 models look better than the 13-17 but this car just wasn't a good successor to the DTS. It lacks distinction. Should've been an Oldsmobile.

Nice looking car and drives good. But it's interior materials are not that good compared to the German competition. Not even close actually. And the finger prints left on the info center are terrible. Like really really bad. I just had a 2019 for two days. The Bose is pretty good and all wheel drive is a must in these

Just rented me these. Initially I was impressed but after 7 hours in the car, not so much. The steering was vague, when pushed the transmission surged, and seats lacked sufficient seat cushion and lumbar support. The CUE system was pretty neat, fake wood looked cheap but I can’t complain about the amount of room, it’s huge. It’s a good looking car but I don’t think I would buy one.
