Once You get the rear wheel jack up take a thick zip tie and put it around the coil spring on the shock and it will hold the wheel up on the jack stand for ya

Torque wrench is your friend. Impacts usually over tighten.

When I change mine I get someone else with a winch hook the cable around axle boot but that’s the lazy way. But damn you putting down some power to be breaking rinos on the rear.
