I am still confused how to write a CPT anesthesia codes. Do I write the code then put the physical status modifier after that ? Then add a qualifying circumstance after the physical status.

Question about Qualifying Circumstances add on codes, 70yr old pt with ER Condition would it be the use of 2 add on code 99100 Extreme age and 99140ER Condition? Because add on 99100 Extreme age younger than 1yrs and older than 70yrs. (70 and over?) This include age '70'?

question CPT +99100, it mentions older than 70. what is the patient is 70? would this not apply? do they mean 71 and older?

This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "how to become certified professional coder" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Lukesey CPC Carnage - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.
