Sorry folks, we really don't know how to down design the workload, like scientists/climate, the problems extend greatly with the human component, user and access to information in both cases. The infrastructure direction is human, not software, hardware the obsoletion treadmill product. Hello, popping in, popping out, bore me to death. Why call Cloud 1.0, (never existed), and 2.0 and 3.0 the same name , "Cloud( x), when each is apples and oranges, and they roll down the hill differently, holding on to ancient workload, this is job security entitlement in the upgrade.
