It’s a Mercedes engine and actually also the same dual clutch as the GLA but retuned by Infiniti. That engine is also voted the best 2.0 for 2017 and one of the top engines ever made. Most Infiniti are CVT transmission, so having a dual clutch Infiniti is what makes this car special.
