All my neighbors drive Lexus! I'd like to see how these cars hold up over time? I remember jags used to be a mechanics nightmare! Put you in the poorhouse. I would maybe do a two year lease? fun to see! Great review....I enjoy your perspective!

You're talking about Jags 25 years ago! They were sold and reinvented twice since then, These are state-of-the-art, beautifully designed cars. Love mine! 3-yr lease iwth $3K down = $418/mo. A small price for a killer car. - Jeff

A beautiful car. Does the small backseat bother me? I think the current 3 series, C-class and A4 have gotten gigantic. The only thing that bothers me is the pricing, but it is a Jaguar so I guess that is justified. A lease or a lightly used one (given Jag's nasty depreciation) is the way to go.

If you don't mind me asking - Have you had any trouble with tires? I've heard they get a lot of flats, hoping it's not true as the XE is on my short list for next year.

No I've never heard that before. Tires are fine but I only have 800 miles on it This is a helluva car for $40K. But if u get the 380 hp v6 make sure you buy the Velocity AP flash tune later. SO AWESOME!! - Jeff

I'm thinking about purchasing a 2017 Jaguar xe but I don't know whether to go for the 25t prestige or the 35t premium. Ik there's a difference in the engine size but I was wondering if the 35t premium had the same amount of options as the 25t prestige since it has the next level engine. Or does the 25t prestige still come with more options since it's the prestige. Somebody please help.
