I rented a new Forte from Avis and got 46 mpg on the highway. Overall too small for me but the gas mileage was pretty amazing.

TruthHasSpoken The highway mpg on these is incredible. I did even better in an Elantra. Hell, I got 36+ in a V6 Charger between Oakland and Denver this summer. That's shocking.

I have a 2018 S model and what he said about the suspension is not true. It sticks to the road very well absorbs shock with ease and is smooth and quiet. I'm not sure what this guy is talking about.

2017 definitely has some bounce on rougher roads but it's pretty smooth on the the highway. The road noise is 100% true, however.

This dude has clearly never driven a manual. My 2018 is well broken in and I average 52 mpg on my 150 mile commute round trip every day and I can keep up with other vehicles so called sporty compacts. I wouldn't change my 6 speed manual for nothing especially CVT's

My wife's 2016 Forte5 EX has 173 HP at the engine. The 2017s seem to have less power.

My 2015 Kia Forte EX has everything that LX, S, EX has. All put together to make my ‘15 Forte lol plus It has more horses and lbs of Torque for being a ‘15. Why is it that the newer the car the less HP and torque???

The hatch is better looking and has the 1.6T but be careful! It can get pricey and into VW GTI land

The problem with the Forte is the Elantra. The Elantra Sport for a similar price as this ex forte is superior in almost every way.

im just getting a new car and the best options are still these two options, most people say go with a forte. the forte test drove very well, not sure about the sentra, but lots of people say its too underpowered.

Yes car still unde new new warranty just says in the yard low miles it just smells bad kid won't replace it or the real tail lights and leaking so I won't have to pay about four to five thousand have it fixed Merry Christmas to me

Yes, you are wrong. Because Hyundai, although having almost the same engine is a better car both design and driving wise. 2018 Subaru Impreza also ranks much higher than Forte in both interior styling and overall durability and reliability. So.... Yes you are wrong if you think Kia Forte deserves 3rd spot among the compact cars.

But any way like kia sorry we can't help you like we said we get it handled everything's going to be all right weeks and weeks go by I call they call come get your car kia is not going to fix it your car been in car wreck and you should have reported it no my car's never been in a wreck it's never been hit in the rear ever or run into pretty much said that yes it has and I'm lying there you go I didn't have to fix it after 7 or 8 days no car no rental true story

I got a loner 2017 Forte with just 33000 miles on it and its a piece of junk ! Road noise is beyond defining! Handles like crap! Gas peddle is so stiff its annoying! . Why anyone would pay almost 30 grand for this car is beyond me!
